What to Expect

Team Arizona practice is more than mileage — it is culture.

From helping take out canoes to working together on wash-down, every practice builds skill, strength, and ʻohana. Trainings vary depending on the season and group focus, including endurance, drills, and race preparation.

Pro tip: Arrive a few minutes early to meet the crew and get set up.
